Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoices must be intact

  • The product must not be damaged or altered

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at paragguide@yahoo.co.in within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Images or video (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer, UPI, or store credit (as applicable)

Customers may be required to provide bank or UPI details.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us at paragguide@yahoo.co.in

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in case of:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect product delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
